Rosberg was given a 5 second time penalty for pushing Verstappen off the track while trying to pass him. He served the penalty in the pits and it did appear that the team made him stationary for longer than needed and ended up behind the 2 Red Bulls. Red Bull though were quick and were surprisingly close to Mercedes
