Apr.26 (GMM) Former seven time world champion Michael Schumacher on Saturday defended Max Mosley's right to privacy amid the sex scandal.
The 39-year-old German, at Barcelona to watch qualifying from the Ferrari pitwall, has worked closely with the embattled FIA president in the past.He said he has only known him as a "professional person" and condemned the now famous intrusion by a British tabloid newspaper into 68-year-old Briton Mosley's sex life."I really rate him very highly," Schumacher told reporters in Spain."I always thought that I didn't want people commenting about my private life, so there's no reason to get into other people's," he added."I don't have anything else to add," Schumacher insisted, when asked if he thought the scandal had damaged formula one's image.
