Apr.4 (GMM) The German motoring body ADAC on Friday became the next organisation to condemn the Max Mosley sex scandal.
A statement issued by the body called for the FIA president to "very carefully reconsider his role".ADAC, or Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club, is Europe's largest automobile club, with more than 15 million members.
It said motorists the world over "should not be burdened by such an affair"."It is in the interests of this world organisation to carry on with its duties without the burden of this affair," the statement continued.
Mosley, who has already apologised to motoring bodies, has convened a forthcoming emergency meeting of his governing body, and ADAC called on the "appropriate FIA process to take care of this matter".
ADAC joins the Bahrain royal family, and manufacturers BMW, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Toyota and Honda, in distancing themselves from the sordid tale.
