Mar.11 (GMM) Heikki Kovalainen is considering teaming up with Michael Schumacher's former fitness guru.

Turun Sanomat newspaper reports that the Lotus driver has split with his physiotherapist Petri Lehikoinen.

The report said Schumacher proposed that Kovalainen start working with Indian Balbir Singh instead, whose last job in F1 was alongside Giancarlo Fisichella at Force India.

Kovalainen reportedly met with Singh in Barcelona on Thursday.

"Singh is one of the candidates but I haven't decided what to do," he said.
