Jan.29 (GMM) Lewis Hamilton's father plans to run a fleet of modern formula one cars for young drivers, according to British reports. Reports in the Telegraph and Independent newspapers said Anthony Hamilton will organise a series of track days mainly in the UK giving rookie drivers time at the wheel of 2009-specification F1 cars. The Independent said the move will "bypass (F1's) testing restrictions", and referred to the teenage Spaniard Jaime Alguersuari who last year made his F1 debut without having driven an F1 car on a proper circuit. It emerged last week that Hamilton will this year manage Nyck de Vries, after the 14-year-old Dutch karter was signed to McLaren's driver development programme.
