Fastest time in the warm-up in 2000 - Michael Schumacher - 1:18.932

Canadian GP - Warm-up Session

Olivier Panis sets the fastest time of the session ahead of David Coulthard and Ricardo Zonta. Irvine, Hakkinen, M Schumacher, Trulli, Barrichello, Montoya and R Schumacher make the top 10.

30 min: Ricardo Zonta moves into 3rd, the Honda teams are looking strong here.

30 min: Barrichello moves into 7th as the chequered flag is waved.

30 min: Trulli moves into 5th while Ralf Schumacher moves into 8th.

29 min: Most cars are on the track for their final run before the race this afternoon.

29 min: Button and Burti finally set competitive times in 21st and 22nd positions.

28 min: Villeneuve takes 7th just behind Montoya while Coulthard jumps into second with a time of 1:8.540.

27 min: Top 10 - Panis, Irvine, Hakkinen, Coulthard, M Schumacher, Montoya, Zonta, Raikkonen and Trulli.

27 min: David Coulthard moves into 4th place with a time of 1:18.900.

26 min: Jenson Button finally goes out on the track with 4 minutes to go!. Burti has yet to clock a competitive time.

26 min: Olivier Panis fastest with a time of 1:18.512. Impressive!

25 min: Burti finally goes out on the track. Olivier Panis is on a flyer!

24 min: Mika Hakkinen moves into 2nd with a time of 1:18.759

23 min: Mika Hakkinen on a flyer!

23 min: Burti and Button have yet to set a timed lap!

22 min: Michael Schumacher moves into 2nd place with a time of 1:19.150. Over half a second slower than Irvine!

21 min: Top 10 - Irvine, Hakkinen, Raikkonen, Montoya, Coulthard, Trulli, Verstappen, Heidfeld, R Schumacher and M Schumacher.

20 min: Eddie Irvine goes fastest and the first to clock sub 1:19.

19 min: Juan Pablo Montoya jumps into 3rd place with a time of 1:20.115.

18 min: Jean Alesi improves into 10th place.

17 min: It is fairly quiet on the track at the moment.

16 min: Luciano Burti and Jenson Button have yet to set a lap time.

15 min: Jarno Trulli moves into 3rd.

14 min: Eddie Irvine is the next driver to lap in the 1:19's and moves into 2nd place.

13 min: Just after setting the fastest lap so far, Hakkinen spins and almost crashes his car. He recovers.

12 min: Mika Hakkinen moves to the top of the timesheets with a time of 1:19.191, a second faster than anyone else.

11 min: Top 10 - Verstappen, M Schumacher, Bernoldi, Alesi, Panis, Montoya, Coulthard, Barrichello, Heidfeld and Trulli.

11 min: Michael Schumacher moves into 2nd behind Verstappen with a time of 1:20.666.

10 min: Rubens Barrichello moves into 4th with a time of 1:21.693.

9 min: Jos Verstappen is now fastest followed by his team-mate Enrique Bernoldi. The track is getting faster.

8 min: Juan Pablo Montoya improves and retakes the top spot with a 1:21.958. Coulthard moves into 3rd.

7 min: Jarno Trulli tops the timesheets with a 1:22.057.

6 min: Juan Pablo Montoya is the first to set a timed lap with a 1:22.994.

5 min: More cars stream out including Montoya, Fisichella, Alesi and Irvine.

3 min: Jos Verstappen is the first to go back out in his spare car.

2 min: The cars are now back in the pits. The drivers with spare cars go back out on the track.

1 min: All the cars have gone out. Once they complete this lap, those with a spare car will also go out in it for an installation lap.

Session underway and the cars stream out of the pit lane on their installation lap.

The teams perform their race set-up checks during this 30 minute session. The lap times set indicate the cars' pace in race conditions with heavy fuel loads. Session starting in 2 minutes

Michael Schumacher dominated the Qualifying session yesterday qualifying over half a second faster than his brother Ralf Schumacher in 2nd place. He only needed 2 runs to achieve this. Session starting in 5 minutes
